I wasn't sure if I liked it or not at first, but it's pretty comfortable, however, it developed a huge bump on my husband's side which looks to be a defect, so we are contacting Tempurpedic to exchange. We've only had the mattress for about 30 days. We shall see how the return/exchange process is.

I purchased a King TEMPUR-Protect Mattress Protector directly from Tempur-Pedic for my King LuxeAdapt Soft mattress. Given that both products are made and sold by Tempur-Pedic, I expected the protector to fit the mattress properly.
Unfortunately, it does not. The top surface fits correctly, but the side skirt is noticeably loose and bunches around the corners. I removed and reinstalled the protector several times, verified the mattress dimensions, and made certain that all four corners were fully seated beneath the mattress. The poor fit remained.
I contacted Tempur-Pedic and specifically asked whether this was considered normal for the product or whether my protector might be defective and should be replaced. I also made it clear that if this loose, bunched fit is considered normal, I wanted to return it.
I was very disappointed to be told that there are no returns or warranty coverage on this product.
What makes this especially frustrating is that over the past several years I have spent approximately $20,000 on Tempur-Pedic bedding products. I have been willing to pay premium prices because I expected premium quality and customer service to go with them.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress protector specifically for a Tempur-Pedic mattress. It should fit properly. If it doesn't, the company should either replace it or allow the customer to return it.
The cost of this protector is insignificant compared with what I have spent with Tempur-Pedic over the years, but the way the company chose to handle a relatively simple customer-service issue has left me questioning whether the loyalty I have shown the brand is being reciprocated.
The mattress is excellent. The protector's fit and Tempur-Pedic's response to the problem are not.

Mattress covers are ok but not as high quality as I was expecting since the ones we received at time of purchase were very high quality. These are not the same size which is my fault though I did measure and thought they would fit. Since on sale, I couldn't return. They'll do so not great but do the job.

We purchased this product during a $300 visa gift card promotion. I also seen that the company was running another promotion regarding up to $300 in accessories. We did not receive the gift card due to the fact that I selected the other promotion. Unless you read the fine print, it does not notify you that offers cannot be stacked together. I did not even use the full $300 in accessories because the company was out of all of the size sheets that were listed. I feel that if you purchase over $5k in product from a company that customer service should be more understanding and accommodating to their customer base. We will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future.

I purchased the mattress protector shortly after I bought my Tempur Pedic mattress. The one I had was deep pocket so it was way too big for my mattress. This one is a little too big and it slides around on the mattress a bit but I'm glad I bought it. It's really well made.

I was hoping the mattress pad was the same quality as the mattresses and cotton sheets. I am disappointed because the pad bunches so bad underneath you. You can't get a smooth surface. It just doesn't have a tight fit around the mattress. I wish I had returned it!

100% super silky smooth cool of the touch. I recommend getting a 13 inch mattress though because on the 12 inch and 11 inch mattresses. It's kind of loose so you kinda have to have a 13 inch mattress for it to fit as in the picture but it looks like in the picture and it is the same thing kind of goes down on the side about 2-3 inches.

I bought this with a Tempur Adapt mattress and it's the worst mattress cover I've ever had. Being a Tempur product, I thought it would be a premium product, but it bunches up and has huge wrinkles no matter how many times I try to tuck it under. Zero stars, do not recommend if you have the Adapt mattress that is only 9 or 10 inches deep. It would probably be fine on mattresses that are much deeper, just not on the mattress I bought.

We loved our new Tempur-Pedic mattress so naturally we bought the protector. The protector ruins the mattress because it is so ill fitting. It causes constant ripples and wrinkles in the sheet and negates the cooling component to the mattress. We have the king size- I do not recommend.
